Even though these areas are major places you would like to work out, you are still going to have to work out the rest of your body as well, but you your going to want to make sure you revolve your exercises around the major problem areas for the most part. Lets say that you have stubborn fat on your hips and thighs that you are really wanting to get rid of, then you’re going to want to make sure that you include exercises in your routine that include these areas such as Back Squats and the Leg-Press, you will be able to loose the unwanted fat in no time aslong as you eat good meals and keep up with your routine.
Time; The amount of free time that you have available to spend on your beginning weight training program each day, is also going to have a huge deciding factor on what sort of program you should be following. There are some people who basically have all the time in the world to devote to working out and others who have very sparse time to spare.
